Schelkovo Agrohim filed a claim against Agrospektr

Today, the Commercial Court of the Moscow region will hold a hearing on the claim of Schelkovo Agrohim against Agrospektr company (Stavropol region).

According to the case files, Schelkovo Agrohim intends to recover from Agrospektr a debt and penalty fee of 38.418 million rubles (approximately $523 thousand) under two contracts signed last year.

The terms of both agreements have not been disclosed. Since Schelkovo Agrohim produces plant protection products and Agrospektr is engaged in their sales, the case may be related to their supplies.
