Novatek intends to collect debt from Churilovo

On September 20, 2021, the Commercial Court of the Chelyabinsk region held a hearing on the claim of Novatek-Chelyabinsk (part of Novatek) against the Churilovo agricultural complex.

As follows from the case files, Novatek-Chelyabinsk intends to recover from the Churilovo agricultural complex a debt of 4.469 million rubles (approximately $61.5 thousand).

Novatek-Chelyabinsk supplies natural gas to enterprises in the Chelyabinsk region, the Churilovo agricultural complex specializes in growing vegetables in greenhouses.
