Evraz filed a claim against Kemerovo Azot

On November 3, the Commercial Court of the Kemerovo region held a hearing on the claim of Evraz United West Siberian Metallurgical Plant (part of the Evraz holding) against Kemerovo Azot (part of SDS Azot).

According to the case files, the Evraz company intends to recover from Kemerovo Azot 30.946 million rubles (approximately $390.8 thousand). The reasons for filing the claim are not disclosed in the materials, however, it may be related to the supply of rolled steel.
