The Court of the Chelyabinsk region has obliged the Romkor company to remedy violations of the law.
It has been found that Romkor, contrary to the requirements of federal legislation, illegally sells organic fertilizers based on animal residues without registering them into the State Catalog of pesticides and agrochemicals permitted in Russia.
The Court decided that until passing the state registration of agrochemicals, the company has to stop its activity for the sale of fertilizers based on animal residues. Romkor tried to appeal the decision, however, it remained unchanged.
