Ammoni plant may face bankruptcy again

Ammoni plant (city of Mendeleevsk, Tatarstan republic), which suspended bankruptcy procedure in July, may face it again. Zoltwasser company filed a claim to Tatarstan Commercial Court for the bankruptcy of Ammoni.
Zoltwasser intends to recover from Ammoni 10.549 million rubles (approximately $140.8 thousand). The company also filed financial claims against Ammoni in July as part of a previous bankruptcy case.
Tatarstan Commercial Court has scheduled the consideration of the claim of Zoltwasser for October 13.
