EuroChem-VolgaKaliy may pay interest fees

Today, the Commercial Court of the Volgograd region will hold a hearing on the claim of the RD Construction Management against VolgaKaliy (part of EuroChem).

According to the case files, RD Construction Management intends to recover interest from VolgaKaliy for using funds of others in the amount of almost 6.338 million rubles (approximately $85.9 thousand).

VolgaKaliy is developing the Gremyachinskoe potash deposit in the Volgograd region. The designed capacity of the two existing shafts is 10 million tons of potassium salts per year.
