Uralkali to be sued again

The Arbitration court of the Kemerovo region is going to consider the case brought by the Gormash enterprise (Kiselevsk) against the company Uralkali.

As follows from the case file, Gormash wans to recover 236 thousand rubles (approximately $ 3,700) from Uralkali. The reasons for filing the claim are not disclosed in the case file.

It is worth noting that this is not the first lawsuit filed against Uralkali this year. Earlier, the claims against the company were issued by Russian Railways, UralInterStroy, and UfaOil.
